What kind of car should I buy?

I'm in the market for a reliable, sporty, low mileage, manual, preferably foreign used car. I drive a Honda Del Sol at the moment and I love having a convertible (which is fine on the Del Sol because it is a hard top) but I live in Indiana and I need an all year driver. I am looking to spend less than 7,000. Any Ideas?
P.S. If any one knows where I can find a Mazda RX8 that fits my price range. Please point me in the direction.
