What kind of bicycle is this?

I'm looking for a particular bike, but can't seem to figure out the exact model name, if there is one.

The one in this picture is the one I looking for. It's really common in Vietnam, and when I went there, I said, "Oh, I want one with a basket."
Dorky, huh?

Is there a certain brand that sells bicycles like this? Ones with a steel frame and the little metal on the back wheel (where people can sort of sit on...)

Look for commuter or town bikes.
