What kind of apples do you like the best and why?

I really like Honeycrisp apples because they are really sweet and crunchy! Oh, they are so delicious! They are a bit hard to find and a little on the expensive side. But is soooo worth it!

In your list...lets see...I would have to say Red Delicious (only when they are really crispy, hate them mushy and soft).

Honeycrisp, all the way!
 
Fuji apple? Green apples (Granny smith apples)? Red apples? Yellow apples (Golden delicious)? Jonagold apples? Mcintosh apples?
 
Out of your list I would have to say Granny Smith. They are really nice a firm and hold up very well in baking and making friend apples. Nice and tart as well!

For just eating, my favorite apple is a Pink Lady. They are also very crisp and firm. Slightly tart but mostly sweet. The texture is nice too. They are smoother and less grainy than red and Golden Delicious in my opinion.
