I live in Canada, and she lives in Australia. I ordered a Smashbox makeup brush, which in total came to about $13 (after the $2.10 S&H charge), when I would have paid $25 for it here. I was VERY happy with the price.
However, she said it would take up to five days to arrive, but it took almost three weeks. When I opened the package, the brush was broken (it was wooden, and the wood had snapped and lodged in the plastic part where the applicator starts), so I emailed her and let her know. She gave me the option of receiving a full refund or having another brush sent, and I chose to have her send another brush. It took another two weeks to arrive, and this second brush's bristles are all over the place and frayed, which can't be fixed. (It's a brush for applying eye liner, so the brushes need to be together and at a point to be able to use it).
I don't know what kind of review to give her, because since I was aware the product was shipping from so far away, I have to be expecting this kind of thing to happen, and she was kind about sending me another brush. But I don't particularly want to give her a good rating...
