What is your recommendation or help for finding the right backpack for me?

I'm looking for backpack that is waterproof and water resistance, and also that can be roll, or something like rolling pack, which has wheel and something to be pull like a luggage.
BTW, what is the difference between waterproof and water resistance?
I'm using it for my college, i mean i use it at school. i need a medium big size one
