I am 13 ,5'4" and somewhere around 135 pounds. I love sports and i am currently playing lacrosse right now mon-fri two hours a day. then after that i am running the treadmill for atleast a half an hour a night. I also play soccer but not currently. Im a vegetarian but i guess in a loose sense... i eat dairy just not meat. And also i am trying to get into better shape even tho id say that i look pretty good right now but if you could help me find a way to lose some weight?
