What is wrong with younger teens experimenting with sex?

There is nothing wrong with it. I bet most of the people who are saying those things also experimented when they were younger. The difference is that these teens are asking questions before they try it out. With the internet being such a prominent tool in teen's lives, it gives them the opportunity to ask. They're just curious, and even if their questions seem silly, they're only asking because they simply don't know. I think it's great that they do, because they don't teach kids enough sex-ed in schools. And they're going to do it no matter what.
 
I've been reading through all these posts of younger teenagers asking if it was ok for them to be doing X or Y, and people here telling them that they were too young to be experimenting with that sort of thing. I simply don't understand from a logical stand point what is so wrong with two young people deciding to make-out, have oral, or actually have sex provided that they're safe about it.
Btw, I'm not trying to start a debate, I simply want to hear some logical reasoning explaining why younger teens shouldn't engage in safe sexual activity.
