When I turn the ignition nothing happens. I don't get a clicking sound, my dash lights don't come on (ie: engine light). My battery is good (I bought it yesterday). When I put my key in the ignition my door buzzer comes on, my dome light works. What could this be? I am down to bad ignition switch or bad main fuse (I checked all the small fuses). Not sure how to check large fuses.
I don't think it is the starter or the clutch switch (yet). Before I start the truck I should be able to turn my key two clicks (to accessories) and it should turn the power on in the truck, right? I don't need to engage the clutch to have the power come on in the truck (radio should work, lights on dash, etc.) before I engage clutch.
Truck is a '94 Toyota pickup (4 cylinder / manual) pre Tacoma

How would my engine beening seized or my starter being bad relate to my dash (ie: engine light, etc.) lights not coming on when I turn the key to accessories notch?
