After I had my first child, I have had horrible problems with my back, right in my saccrum. It feels like my spine is going to snap into and I can't bend at my waist. When I lay down at night, my spine locks up and I can't roll over or even lift my leg. I am pregnant again and the doctor keeps saying it's because I am pregnant and my center of gravity is off, making me hurt. I honestly think something is wrong in my spine. Please give me some advice, my doctor isn't helping me at all, the Tylenol 3 doesn't help with the pain.

Whenever a woman is pregnant and gives birth (naturally) there are hormones released to loosen up some ligaments to allow the baby to pass. Look up sacroiliac joint - this is the one that loosens. It's not uncommon for women to have problems with it after a pregnancy.

Since x-rays probably aren't an option you might try an orthopedic specialist that knows how to look for problems in this area - there are certain positions (such as laying flat on your back and putting your ankle over your other knee - making a figure 4) that compress that area and will cause pain.
You might have some benefit from core strengthening stretches and exercise, but you need to get the ok for them since you're pregnant.

I agree. My daughter has SI joint problems with her pregnancies and the bigger she gets the worse the pain is, until finally it just goes completely nurab. Check with your OB to see if he will recommend PT for you. That helped my daughter alot. Congratulations on the new babe in utero and keep us posted.
