Two weeks ago, I got a new phone (Sony Ericsson C510). It was working fine up until a few days ago.
I noticed that the screen was flickering a little bit so I turned it off and turned it back on again, which seemed to temporarily fix the problem. My phone kept on doing that for the next few days and each time I restarted it.
Then today it flickered and in addition, the screen sort of split in half vertically and mirrored itself horizontally and so I had two screens one on top of the other but backwards. After a minute or two, it went back to normal.
And another thing it keeps doing is starting the Windows Live Messenger application without my clicking it. Sometimes it flashes up saying that there is no network coverage. When I look at running apps, it's there so I end it, but later on it opens up again and repeats.
Why is my phone doing this? If I went to my network, would I be able to get another phone to replace it?
