I ordered Verizon High speed internet and the technician came out to see why the modem isn't communicating with my pc but the DSL light is solid but I can't go on the internet he told me he didn't know why it says connected but it won't actually connect. He then told me if I figure out what the problem is install the installation disc. Could a virus cause me not to be able to connect to the NET
