What is wrong with my LG CU720's BlueTooth?

Hi everyone! I need a little help with my bluetooth on my LG CU720. Here is the problem. I turn on the bluetooth, to search someone else's phone, or my computer, and it just says the "searching new device" screen for about an hour, when it used to find devices in about half a minute. It is also undiscoverable by other devices so i think it is dead broken. So I have two questions. 1. Am I doing something wrong and it is actually completely functional and 2. If it is really broken, will my Warranty cover it? Thank you all so much!!! Have a nice day!
