What is wrong with my jeep cherokee?

I pulled into the driveway yesterday and my jeep let out some white smoke. and 4 hours later the engine was still hot.. I went to start it today and i couldnt get out of the driveway because the steering wheel wouldnt turn. The when i went to start it afterwards it wouldnt start in neutral or park.. The only things I knew were wrong were that it was low in coolant in the radiator, the head gasket was leaking and oil was dripping onto my engine (which correct me if im wrong, could explain the white smoke) and car would only start in neutral for a day until I adjusted the wire on the nss. and it needs new spark plugs. I just bought this two months ago... what do you think could be wrong with it.. SOS
