what is wrong with my ford contour please help?

my car shakes at speeds; 55 and above, and when you are slowing down. turning the steering wheel to the right makes a gubbing/ griding noise. i have fixed/ replaced, roators,brake bads, one tie rod, and both drive axels/ CV shaft(whatever they are called) . i have taken it to see if there is a bad tire they say no. what caould it may be
