What is wrong with my fish?

Hi, me and my family have 4 platies, 1 cory and 2 mollies. Today my two mollies gave birth to 7 baby mollies, but one died. My mom went to get the box thingy to separate the parents and other fish from the babies. Now they are separated, and the parents are in this log thingy where u can barely see in, all they are doing is moving around in there. But this is the problem, my 4 platies. Two are in the top right corner on is in the bottom right corner, and the last one is in the top left corner. They just stay there and don't move. My Cory is completely fine, just swimming around and zipping around happily like he always does (my special fish xD).
Anyone know whats wrong with my platies?

btw, our fish have never done this.
