What is wrong with my dirt bike?

I was riding my 2008 Konker 250cc 4-stroke dirt bike at the lake in the hills they arnt big hills or anything just a litle dip or to and i stoped at the top of a hill to take a pic of the lake and i shut off the engine took a pic and talked to the guy I was riding with and when i went to start it it wouldent start with the electric start it would just click once then nothing untill you pushed the start buton again and then i went to try and kick it over but the kick lever wont go down and it wont startby just rolling it down a hill and get in gear and leting the clutch out but that dont start it either please could you tell me what is wrong with it and if it is a serious and expensive problem
