I have a Verizon MOTO W755 phone, and I took a picture of an item for sale online, and it saved on my phone. When I tried to send it, it didn't send the picture, and when I went to look at it, I only saw an icon of a ripped up picture in a green background. I tried to delete it, but it said "UNABLE TO ERASE", and the resolution of it is 0x0.
