the car turns over but will not start. i can jump start it and it starts up fine. i drove to o'reilly's, they said my battery and alternator are fine. the battery is leaking small amounts of acid. is it possible that my car battery is holding a charge but not giving enough voltage output? i bought the battery four months ago and it still has a warranty. can i have my battery replaced under the warranty because it's leaking battery acid?
