What is wrong with my car? Squealing problems...?

I own a 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP and my brakes squeal pretty bad but lately my car has been squealing non stop while I'm out and it only stops when the car is fully stopped and it can't be the brakes cause this is happening while I'm driving and it does not go away... What could be the problem?
