What is wrong with my car??????????????help!?

I have an 07 kia rio and it was brand new when i got it. Sometimes when I start it it acts like it doesnt want to start but eventually does. The interior lights come on when i try to start it but the engine stalls or something. What is wrong with my car and how do I fix it? Thanks!
