What is wrong with my car? Help?

Why when I do a 45 min or more drive and shut off the suv and started back up it shake the engine Once I press the gas it go away no more shaking! Also when I hit the brake hard and come to a complete stop it also shake for a moment then go away. Any Suggest what would be causing this problem? The cars is a 00 Durango 5.9 with 105, miles
