What is wrong with my car and how do I fix it?

I have a 1993 mercury tracer and it wont start. The instument panel wont light up and has no power, my eletric seat belts dont work and when you turn the key you cant hear the fuel pump kick on. Other than that everything else works. It even turns over when you try to start it.
Also checked all the fuses and they are all fine. The radio and all the lights and everything else are working properly.
 
ya it sounds like your battery is completely dead. Try jumping the car or just simply buy a new battery.
