I have an Avenir AirSource Pro bike pump for my Schrader air valve on my tires. Unfortunately, my sister decided to use this pump (a $40 pump) to inflate a soccer ball rather than the $5 dollar pump sitting right next to it and now it will not inflate my tires. The pump will still pump air but the valve will not clamp on to the bike's valves. When i took it apart i had:
-The cap of the pump
-a rubber part that fits into the cap
-the valve itself which is attached to a small cone shaped piece of plastic with a spring inside of it and a rubber back (presumably to stop the air from going out the back
-A larger spring
Please someone who knows how Schrader bike bumps work, I need help.
