This is my first year of growing bell peppers. I have them potted right now and are keeping them in the house so they are not getting too much sunlight (I set them out here and there to get a little light but not often). The problem is they are not taking root. All I see are a few little green balls which I am assuming are the peppers but they arent doing much of anything but laying in the soil. I planted the seeds over a month ago. Shouldn't more be happening?
What is wrong with my bell pepper plant?!?
