So i was lifting weights 2 days ago...I stretched it a bit then but could still move it completely.
the next day the pain was almost gone
But yesterday i think i slept with it fully straight and today it really hurts.
I can move it sideways but cant put it fully straight...its the lower bicep i think.
What can i do? I tried applying that cream thats cold then hot and it didnt help much
