Hi, iv'e owned the ab lounge for about 8 months . When i first got it, I felt the burn and was able to see results withing 4 weeks. Now 6 months later I don't feel the burn in my abs, instead I feel the burn in my legs. Im worried that if i am just working my legs i won't see results in my abs! Any help?
Let Me clarify. I stopped shortly after i though i had a nice realistic flat stomach. So I have not been doing the exercise in several months. i am just now starting back as a summer fitness thing. So what am I doing wrong if I feel plenty of burn in my thighs but none in my abs?
But i didn't feel it in my thighs before. if the abs are accustomed to this then why are they not handling the work instead of my thighs?
