What is wrong with my 99 Honda Accord its been cutting off for a while but starts right

away after a few tries? and now it won't even start at all. I've already had my distributor changed in June as well as a tune up and oil change. My car radio still works even when it shuts off so I know its not the battery or alternator.
 
start with the big 2, make sure fuel is getting to it, and makes sure the plugs are firing correctly. sounds like maybe the fuel filter.
