What is wrong with my 2003 Mazda 6i?

Okay, I have a 2003 Mazda 6i 2.3L. The car will start for about 5-10 minutes, then turn off. When I start the car the gauges go all crazy and the radio is all scrambled. Before this was happening the car use to feel like it wanted to stop while driving it. Like i could could feel it. Then it started getting to the point where I would stop at a stop sign and the car would turn off all the way. Could anyone help me out on this one? I also have a Brand new fully charged battery in it.
 
If your car is stalling, it has nothing to do with the battery. You can start a car and unplug the battery cable and it will still run! How many miles are on your car?
 
did you bolted your battery cables correctly and it the battery strap down securely so that it not bouncing around and arcing it self under the hood.
