I've been seeing commercials around saying you can get a new upgrade for a phone after 10 months of service without getting a new contract. My phone just started to take a crap with many gliches ranging from the screen going black, to staticy calls, and so forth. The real question is can I get a new upgrade for free?
I called US Cellular today and was on hold for 30 minutes, so I ended up hanging up.
