What is up with my dogs behavior?!?

My dog will be 2 in may and he is a German sheppard. Lately he's been giving me attitude and at times it's funny because I feel like I'm raising a kid but at the same time he is frustrating me. He's neutered so I don't think that would have anything to do with his behavior. So anyway, he's been taking my clothes and putting them in his kenal with him( which is something he hasn't done since he was a pup) but he chewed one of my favorite tank tops-he has never done that before. Usually he just sleeps with my clothes but again he hasnt done it since he was a pup. Another thing is he usually listens well and I've trained him very well but out of now where when I was outside one day checking the mail in my front yard he bolted across the street and almost got hit! Again it's like I'm dealing with a teenager. He hasn't been listening very well all of the sudden and it's strange. I've been wondering if it is because the last two weeks I didn't take him to the dog park (which is something we try to do on Saturdays).
