What is up with gamestop's guitar hero 4 cheat code? I pre-ordered the game and its not

there? I pre-ordered guitar hero world tour for the Wii. I only got the game + controller. I read that I would get a cheat code to get me all the songs, but when i got the game there was not cheat code. whats up with that?
