hello there is tiny spots on the lining of the upper lip, actually JUST over the upper lip, very small brownish dots, they dont hurt or i cant feel them?? i havnt had relations in more than a month or kissed.

have you used any kind of new chap stick or anything lately? Or different kind of facial soap?
 
I don't think its anything to worry about, I know sometimes I myself have tiny bumps that only I can see that seem to outline my lip a little as well.. and I am negative for Oral Herpes. If they get bigger and more blister like then I would think about getting tested. :)
 
im just wondering how large the spots are? i have tiny little blackheaRAB along the outline of my lips. i donno if my reply helps at all, but that is the only thing that comes to mind.
