I have this thing on my lip its been there for about a week. I dont get cold sores and I haven't done anything to give myself herpes except maybe sharing drinks. I've tried abreva, hot soapy cloths, and lip medex. nothing seems to be working. i want to get rid of this thing FAST! can anyone help!?
