What is this?

I am a 14 year old male, and in January I discovered a bump on my chest, along with a shortness of breath problem soon after. My mom took me to the doctor to see if anything was wrong. The doctors ran tests and took X Rays, and found nothing was wrong, and the bump soon went away, and after I found that out, my breathing went back to normal, but I have been somewhat of a hypochondriach since then. One thing that had been happeneing to me for years is that I would feel these srange pulses in a random part of my body while sitting still. I never payed any attention to this until after the breathing problem, where I would assume something was wrong if I felt the smallest thing.

What is this strange pulse? It happens in a random spot as if something is trying to come out of me when sitting still, and sometimes its a rumbling feeling that lasts for like 5 seconds, other times it pulses once, than stops.

Anxiety is most likely the problem. The sympathetic nervous system is a little on the touchy side at times.

You can help control this by taking a deep breath and very slowly exhaling thru your mouth several times a day. This will help calm the sympathetic nervous system.

Learn to relax and enjoy life, don't be up tight all the time.
