Ever since I was really REALLY little, like three years old, I've been having this weird discomfort. It's not a pain, it's just a feeling of where I can't get comfortable. Like, I CAN NOT get under a blanket and go to sleep if I'm not in my pajamas. And, I'm not fat at all, in fact, I'm in tip-top shape, but when times come where I'm feeling really fat (I have that thing where you know you're thin but you look fat to yourself, astorted body image or something) and I get the same discomfort and can't get to sleep! How do I make it stop?
The disorder is called Body Dysmorphic Disorder...I'm not fat, just seeing that I am to myself.
