Hi im making a flash website, now later on i plan on coding. And what i plan on doing is to get a PICTURE to move up/down and left/right according to the mouses axis. (its possible). the Picture hopefully could have the same effects as the one below.

this type of picture has the sort of unique photography that would fit my PICTURE well.
As you know you can see in the distant at the top of the pic, then towards the middle the ground below your feet.
I really want a type of picture like that to make the flash website seem more realistic as if our standing there. i mentioned that if i had a pic like that, that moves up and down acording to the mouse, it would seem like a 3d environment but luckily for me its a 2d picture.
Im sorry that i dont shut up or type up rather but its hard to put to words. Please can you please let me know the sort/style/name or that photography!
