What is this t-mobile unlimited minutes for sidekicks?

So i have a sidekick and when im on aim people have in there away it says "if u want unlimited web and aim tell me" but i dont get it!! wat is it if u know plz tell me!!! and if its true how can i get it?? o and also i kinda googled it but it just says the dealers deal or sumtin like that i dont get it im lost!! plz help!! thanks!!
