What is this song called...?

I heard this song on the radio this morning but I have no idea what it is called, who sings it or basically any of the lyrics. I know that it starts with the martin luther king speech and it goes "I have a dream, that one day this nation will rise and and hit the dance floor" or something similar to that. It was kind of a slow song without a lot of energy, maybe a bit like rap and it was a girl sining it. I couldn't hear it cause the radio wasn't on very loud. I'm guessing is a new song since its the first time I heard it on the radio
