What is this sharp pain in my lower stomach area?

A few inches below my belly button i am having these random sharp pains. They only last for a second and go away and sometimes come back. I have no idea what they are, I also sometimes have random small stomach aches... sometimes before or after. I am 14 and not sexually active. Please help me!
