What is this restriction code for Nokia 6300?

Pleeeease, I need help for my Nokia 6300 which asks for a restriction code. I've surfed the internet for answers but it still can't do it.

My network is TM (Philippines).

And if I turn the phone on without the sim, it doesn't asks for any restriction code.
I've also tried inserting SMART sim card, but it's the same...the phone asks for a code.

I need help because I'm bringing with me my phone tomorrow, an important day because we'll be having a camp outside our city.

PLEASE HELP.
