Since its not like me to wear the under wear I will try and give the full picture as much as it is possible.Dodgers are mostly mice who may have strings attached to them. There may not be the central expressible mode for them as it is for the rats.On the other hand the rats who have for each group of four a central expressible unit which inturn has alocal string of its kind attached to it.The inner voice is on most occurences not without attachment. The aryan rats next to the red in line of heirachy also have the modulation of the frequency with the help of the central expressible mode,"prisoner of righteouness".The modulation is dependant more and less on all the factors under operation. The operation is under stress of environmental factors too.

i cannot connect to the link but as i am a mopar fan and used to run a 318 like there is no tomorrow i presume it must be a supercharger.
the thing forces more air into the intake.
in plain terms
a carburetter fed by a compressor.

It is a air scoop. When you push the gas the carburetor opens up the butterfly's(that what the red things are called). Which in turn lets in more air increasing power.
