What is this particular type of intimate massage called?

This gets a little graphic, but the idea is that you massage a woman's "rectovaginal septum," the wall of nerve-rich tissue that separates the bottom of the vaginal canal from the top of the rectum.

You can do this by inserting a lubricated index finger into the woman's anal canal, and then another finger into the vaginal canal, then gently pressing the fingers toward each other, and moving them back and forth in a coordinated manner.

I have seen references to this type of intimate massage all the way back in ancient Roman writings (they used pork lard or olive oil instead of lube), but I'm not sure what it is actually called.

Also, why are some women a bit reluctant to try this out at first? Once it happens they enjoy it a lot, but getting there can take some booze or coaxing or both.
