This movie has to be at least ten years old, give or take. It is not an animation. The dogs can talk, but people don't understand them, I don't think. There is this one mutt dog(he might have had a red bandanna?) that likes this poodle, and he tries to get her to dig in the mud. At first, she doesn't want to because she is prissy and things it's gross, but then she does and they have fun. Does anyone know what this movie is called? Thank you so much.

It's called ""Look Whose Talking Now" it's the third movie in the series that started with "look Whose Talking" with John Travolta and Kirsty Alley. The first movie was about their baby that talked (but they couldn't hear him) and then the second one their second baby could talk with the first, and then the third movie they got dogs that talked to each other.
