he draws the face of a character? on a piece of paper. The character starts talking to him and tells him to draw other areas (I think the character tells him to draw a mouth) of his face. The character comes to life but I do not remember if he becomes a live man or if the character on the paper just has an overvoice throughout the movie. Thank you if you know this movie
