what would the mental illness be called if you talk to yourself in your head, but to yourself, not to any made up alter personality. there is one person and one personality present in your head, you just talk to yourself. also sometimes, you talk to other, real people, like your best friend for example, but you know there not there. your kind of like planning a future conversation so to speak.
