There is a bit of a problem with my Big Friendly Giant (penis). I've noticed about 2 inches down from the top there is a lump the size of a £2 coin. It is underneath the skin so you can't see it, but can feel it. It's below where the foreskin is, so you can't see it by peeling that back either. I first noticed it about 2 days ago. I haven't been sexually active recently so its not STD-related.
Does anyone have any ideas what this might be? Should I go and see a doctor, or will they think I'm being a numpty (perhaps these things just innocently come and go all the time?).
