What is this fuse for on 92 Honda accord LX.?

In the engine compartment, looking toward the car, in the fuse box area, its the bottom right fuse, top is kind of orange colored, mine is really rusty and corroded; been having some sort of electrical problem, replaced battery and alternator and still not charging correctly. All the other fuses look ok but this one. Can anyone tell me if this may be the problem or what exactly this fuse does? Thanks
