I perform an exercise that feels like it works my pecs. I have trouble finding it online and I'm wondering what it's called. I'll give the description and then you can tell me what it is.
I stand holding the dumbbells as if I were doing the military press. Instead of going up however, I let my arms drop so that the dumbbells go to my sides and my arms are outreached like Jesus opening his arms. Then I pull them back up.
(I know this is long but any GOOD REAL advice will be greatly appreciated, thanks!)
