What is this desire to look up at the ceiling?

Well I always look up at the ceiling, and move my eyebrows up and down. it's weird...my dad says he thinks something bad will happen unless he looks up at the sky(i look at the ceiling but he looks up at the sky). i don't think something bad will happen if i don't do it, I just do it a lot. any help? is this some kind of disorder? I think it's mental health.. i dunno so i picked other.
omg its not a survival reaction... my survival reactions wouldnt trigger in a safe house, and why the hell would i check the ceiling?
