What is this dance move called?

The supporting leg is supposed to be straight.
And that turn doesn't have a specific name, it's called a bunch of things.
My dance teacher calls it a "holding leg turn"

You do a spin while your doing a heel stretch. Many contemporary and jazz dancers perform this move.

Also, when doing this move is the supporting leg suppose to be straight or bent?
